Allergan Aesthetics is a global leader in medical aesthetics, offering a range of innovative treatments in the fields of skincare and anti-aging. Known for its cutting-edge solutions, Allergan Aesthetics aims to empower individuals to feel confident and enhance their natural beauty. Their commitment to advancing the field is reflected in their focus on patient care and continuous innovation.
BRIEF
For the Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress (AMWC) in 2023, Allergan Aesthetics partnered with DDB to create a distinctive and engaging experience that would enhance their presence at this premier industry event. The aim was to develop a campaign that would not only stand out visually but also strategically highlight the core value of the patient in the aesthetics industry. We sought to craft a design that would emotionally connect with the audience and showcase Allergan's mission to empower and celebrate individuality.
SOLUTION
We conceived the "Discovered You 360" campaign, centered around a fresh, modern design that conveyed the theme of self-discovery through simplicity and clarity. Our approach used geometric shapes to create a captivating concentric structure that symbolically weaved through the figure of the patient. This design approach emphasized a holistic view of the patient’s experience and journey in aesthetics. The campaign also integrated imagery from the "DREAM" project, a collaboration between Allergan Aesthetics and Shutterstock, celebrating the diversity of individuals. This visual narrative embodied discovery, connection, and personal transformation, while reinforcing the emotional and professional values of the aesthetics industry.
MY ROLE
As the design lead, I was responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of the campaign. This included conceptualizing the visual language, ensuring it aligned with the campaign’s strategic goals, and leading the design process from initial concepts to final delivery. My role was to ensure the design was compelling, coherent, and strategically positioned to engage both industry professionals and patients, effectively communicating the values of the brand.
